Unclaimed profiles give couples the essentials: your website, telephone number, Google rating, map location and a useful business description gathered from public sources. Claiming your profile lets you personalise that foundation, keep every contact detail current and speak directly with couples.

Free includes one published Real Wedding and one published Expert Article over the business's lifetime. Paid has no publication total limit. Each business may publish one new Real Wedding and one new Expert Article per rolling 24 hours. These are separate limits and all publications retain editorial review. Creating or importing a draft is separate from publication; publishing that item uses the allowance. Revisions do not use another publication. Your Meet the Supplier video is included in your video allowance. Enhanced video allowances depend on your primary business category. Images: up to 10 MB each; MP4 videos: up to 100 MB each.
Paid access is a growth upgrade. Public purchasing is not yet available. Existing content stays available if your plan or category changes, including content above your new allowance.
Paid county visibility costs £10 per county per month through one subscription. Your primary county counts as one selected paid county. Additional counties keep your existing renewal date and become active only after payment is confirmed. Free listing coverage and existing complimentary grants remain separate.
Fair visibility is part of the deal
Paid listings always appear in the first results tier. There is no Gold or Platinum level above you and no extra fee to buy the best slot.
Qualifying contributions help paid suppliers build visibility. Listings with the same score rotate fairly. No directory position is guaranteed, and paid suppliers with different scores do not have an equal chance of the top position.
Claimed suppliers can share their profile and publish eligible Real Weddings and Expert Articles. These give couples more ways to discover your work, without a promise of a homepage feature or directory position.

Real Weddings put complete celebrations in front of couples while they are actively exploring venues and suppliers. They see the atmosphere, details and finished work right here—without having to stumble across an old page on your website first.
Already blogged the wedding? Paste the article URL into the importer and WedFrame brings the useful story, photographs and supported films into an editable draft. Review it, make it yours and submit—saving hours of rebuilding work by hand. All claimed suppliers can create drafts manually or import existing blogs. Each business may publish one new Real Wedding per rolling 24 hours. Free includes one published wedding in total; Paid has no total limit. Editorial review still applies.
Tag the venue and other suppliers who made the day happen. Your story appears on your own profile and, when a tag is accepted, on their profiles too—giving the wedding and everyone involved more ways to be discovered.
Supplier Centre analytics show each blog’s views and the profile visits it inspires. Your work stays yours: simply choose articles and media you own or are happy to share on WedFrame.

You still keep the website, phone, Google rating, map and core information already included on the listing.
Paid is WedFrame’s highest listing tier, so paid members appear first. Qualifying contributions affect ranking, and suppliers with equal scores rotate fairly. A paid listing does not guarantee a particular position.

Your published Real Weddings and Expert Articles stay live, with their photographs, links and supplier credits. Your existing portfolio also stays available. Free limits apply to new additions, and paid promotional benefits end when paid access expires. Previously published work counts towards your lifetime Free total: deletion, cancellation or rejoining does not reset either publication allowance. You can still submit corrections to existing stories for editorial review. Publication remains subject to our editorial and permissions requirements.
